The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
The meeting of the Legislative Council (LegCo) Subcommittee on Proposals on the Method for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 scheduled for 11.15am today (May 23) in Conference Room 1 of the LegCo Complex was cancelled due to the lack of a quorum.
As instructed by the Chairman after consulting members of the Subcommittee, a meeting of the Subcommittee will be held at 2.30pm today in Conference Room 1 of the LegCo Complex. During the meeting, members of the Subcommittee will meet with the Administration and deputations.
