Government responds to media enquiries

In respect of media enquiries on the "multiple-entry" Individual Visit Endorsements for permanent residents of Shenzhen, a spokesman for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (SARG) today (April 11) responded as follows:
"Taking into account Hong Kong's receiving capacity of Mainland visitors, the SARG has already proposed to the Central Government concrete measures to adjust the 'multiple-entry' Individual Visit Endorsements for permanent residents of Shenzhen.
"Any adjustment of the 'multiple-entry' policies will be announced by the Central Government."
