A Government spokesman said today (March 27) that Former Chief Executive Mr Tung Chee Hwa will represent the Chief Executive and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to go to Singapore and attend the State Funeral Service of the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew, the founding Prime Minister of Singapore.
