The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for tomorrow (March 25) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original items, the President of LegCo has given permission for Mr Sin Chung-kai to move a proposed resolution under section 34(2) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance in relation to the Dutiable Commodities (Liquor) (Amendment) Regulation 2015.
In addition, Mr Andrew Leung will move a motion under Rule 49E(2) of the Rules of Procedure. The motion, states: "That this Council takes note of Report No.15/14-15 of the House Committee laid on the Table of the Council on March 25, 2015 in relation to the Port Control (Public Cargo Working Area) Order 2015."
