Chief Executive deeply saddened by death of FEHD's hawker control officer

The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, today (March 18) said he was deeply saddened by the death of Mr Wu Kwong-sum, hawker control officer of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, who passed away today after sustaining injuries while performing his duty earlier.
"I express my deepest condolences to Mr Wu's family. The relevant government departments will spare no effort in providing the necessary support and assistance to Mr Wu's family," the Chief Executive said.
