The Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) is participating in the Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taichung - the largest event of its kind in Taiwan - for the second time, and has created lantern displays featuring the spectacular Hong Kong night street scene with signboards made with neon lights, light bulbs and LEDs.   Close
