The Lands Department announced today (February 13) that a site, Lot No. 1181 in Demarcation District No. 215 at Hong Kin Road, Tui Min Hoi, Sai Kung, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on March 13, and close on April 24.
Lot No. 1181 in Demarcation District No. 215 has a site area of about 3,424 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 2,876 sq m and 4,793 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by March 13, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
