Government to resume land for public housing development in Sha Tin

The Government will resume 10 private agricultural lots with a total area of about 2,020.3 square metres at Fo Tan in Area 16 and Area 58D, Sha Tin, to facilitate the development of public housing.
A notice for the land resumption was published today (February 13) in the Gazette (www.gld.gov.hk/egazette/pdf/20151907/egn201519071675.pdf).
The construction works are expected to commence in 2015 for completion in 2019.
