The Government plans to carry out road works in the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) to provide necessary infrastructure to serve the development in the district.
Details of the part of the infrastructure works for West Kowloon Cultural District Phase 1, gazetted today (February 13), are set out in the Annex. Members of the public can inspect the plans and scheme of the works at the following government offices during office hours:

Any person who wishes to object to the works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before April 14, 2015.
