Tender result of disposal of government property

The Government Property Agency today (February 9) announced the acceptance of the tender with the price of $901 million from the University of Hong Kong for the disposal of 46 flats and 46 car parking spaces in one parcel at Nos. 8-10 Caldecott Road, Kowloon.
The accepted tender was the highest bid among the four bids received for the tender, which was invited on December 5, 2014 and closed on January 16, 2015.
All tenderers and the existing tenants have been informed of the tender result in writing.
