Hong Kong and Republic of India sign Agreement on Transfer of Sentenced Persons (with photos)

The Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok (right) and the Consul General of the Republic of India in Hong Kong, Mr Prashant Agrawal, today (January 20) sign the Agreement on Transfer of Sentenced Persons.
