SEN to attend Joint Liaison Meeting with State Oceanic Administration in Guangzhou

The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing, will tomorrow (December 29) lead a delegation comprising representatives of the Environmental Protection Department and the Civil Engineering and Development Department to attend the ninth Joint Liaison Meeting with the State Oceanic Administration (SOA) in Guangzhou.
The Environment Bureau and the SOA regularly take turns to convene liaison meetings to discuss the operation and future work plan relating to the reuse of Hong Kong's inert construction and demolition materials in Mainland waters.
The delegation will return to Hong Kong the same afternoon after the meeting.
