The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of a government property at Unit 1, 2/F, Hoi Hong Buildings, 47 Tit Shu Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon.
The property should only be used for the purposes of office, educational institution, institutional use for community purpose, advancement of art, education, learning, literature, science or research, or promotion of the moral, social and physical well-being of the community, fitness centre, school, training centre, shop and services (excluding other purposes as specified in the tender notice).
The tender notice was gazetted today (December 19). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the site should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before January 6, 2015.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on January 13, 2015. Late tenders will not be accepted.
