The following is issued on behalf of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link Independent Expert Panel:
Having reviewed the MTR Corporation Limited's and Government's existing systems, practices and relevant issues in the management and oversight of the Express Rail Link project between June and November 2014, the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link Independent Expert Panel submitted its report to the Chief Executive today (December 15). The report sets out its review findings and makes recommendations for improvement.
