The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the three-year tenancy of a government property at shop number 15, G/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon. The property should be used for the purposes of wholesale and/or retail and/or provision of services only.
The tender notice was gazetted today (December 12). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the property should make prior appointments with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before January 2, 2015.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box on the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on January 12, 2015. Late tenders will not be accepted.
