Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (December 2) that the red tides off Silverstrand Beach and Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung District have dissipated and the water quality of these beaches is suitable for swimming.
However, due to big waves, red flags have been hoisted at these beaches, so beach-goers are still advised not to swim at these beaches.
