Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
"As the access roads leading to the Central Government Offices (CGO), Tamar are now blocked, the Administration Wing announced that the CGO will be temporarily closed this morning (December 1). Staff working in the CGO are advised not to go to the workplace in the morning and should work in accordance with the contingency plans of their respective bureaux or departments. All visits to the CGO in the morning will be postponed or cancelled."
