The first meeting of the Legislative Council (LegCo) Subcommittee on Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Exemption) (Amendment) Notice 2014 and Rabies (TNR Programme) (Exemption) Notice will be held tomorrow (November 28) at 10.45am in Conference Room 3 of the LegCo Complex to elect a Chairman and meet with the Administration.
