The Government announced today (November 26) that Mr Andrew Wong Ho-yuen, Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Commerce, Industry and Tourism), will assume the post of Permanent Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Financial Services) on December 30, 2014.   Close
