SHA to visit Guangzhou

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, will depart for Guangzhou this afternoon (November 11) to attend the opening ceremony of the 12th Guangdong Art Festival. He will also meet with Guangdong officials in charge of cultural affairs.
Mr Tsang will return to Hong Kong tomorrow (November 12) morning.
