| Leading a Hong Kong education delegation in Switzerland, the Secretary for Education, Mr Eddie Ng Hak-kim, called on the Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in Bern yesterday (November 6, Bern time) to learn more about its work in promoting research and development, developing vocational education and training programmes and fostering international collaboration.
