The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the licence of a public car park on the ground floor and the first floor of North District Government Offices, 3 Pik Fung Road, Fanling, and the licence of the advertising area on the rooftop of the pedestrian subway at Chater Road, Central, each for a term of three years.
The property in Fanling should be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars and light goods vehicles only, while the property in Central should be used for the purpose of installation, operation, management, maintenance and control of the Advertising Display System thereon for display of advertisements only.
The tender notice was gazetted today (November 7). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the site should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before November 21 this year for the property in Fanling, and on or before November 24 this year for the property in Central.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on December 2 this year for the property in Fanling, and before noon on December 1 for the property in Central. Late tenders will not be accepted.
