Leading a Hong Kong education delegation in Germany yesterday (November 4, Berlin time), the Secretary for Education, Mr Eddie Ng Hak-kim (second left), called on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Berlin to exchange views on the role of the business sector in supporting vocational training.
