Missing man in Aberdeen located

A man who went missing in Aberdeen has been located.
Kwan Man-ming, aged 78, left his residence in Shek Pai Wan on October 30 afternoon and failed to return. His family made a report to Police on October 31.
Police located him on Playing Field Road in Mong Kok in the small hours of today (November 2). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
