The Secretary for Development, Mr Paul Chan (third left), concluded his visit to Paris yesterday (October 31, Paris time). During his stay in Paris, he visits La Défense, a major business district just west of the City of Paris, and is briefed on the use of underground space development to provide business area and public open space.
