The Leisure and Cultural Services Department will present the children's musical theatre "White Lie" by Jumbo Kids Theatre in December to unlock the mystery of lies for the audience.
The story is based on the premise that parents always teach their children to be upright and honest. However, as children grow older, they discover the reality that people do not always behave this way, and there is a "grey area" which keeps on growing. Adults have a term for this - white lies. But how can children understand this concept? Can their questions be dismissed with expressions such as, "You will learn when you grow up"? Can we possibly clear all their doubts?

"White Lie" (in Cantonese) is one of the attractions of the "Cheers!" series. Tickets are now available at URBTIX. Half-price tickets are available for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and their minders, full-time students and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients (limited tickets for CSSA recipients are available on a first-come, first-served basis).
