Police will implement crowd safety management measures and special traffic arrangements in Lan Kwai Fong from tomorrow (October 31) to November 1 to facilitate the public celebrating Halloween.
Road closure
----------------
The following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 6pm on October 31 to 6am on the following day:
- D'Augilar Street between Wyndham Street and Wellington Street;
- Lan Kwai Fong;
- Wing Wah Lane;
- Wo On Lane; and
- Wellington Street between Wyndham Street and D'Aguilar Street.
In addition, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 8pm on October 31 to 6am on the following day:
- On Lan Street,
- Wyndham Street between Glenealy and Queenˇ¦s Road Central;
- D'Aguilar Street between Queen's Road Central and Wellington Street;
- Stanley Street between Dˇ¦Aguilar Street and Pottinger Street; and
- Wellington Street between Dˇ¦Aguilar Street and Pottinger Street.
After the completion of traffic diversion, the crowds will be directed to queue up along Wellington Street, Pottinger Street, Stanley Street, D'Aguilar Street and Queen's Road Central. The whole section of D'Aguilar Street will be closed to vehicular traffic.
Suspension of parking spaces

All on-street parking spaces on Stanley Street near D'Auguilar Street, On Lan Street and Wyndham Street between Arbuthnot Road and D'Aguilar Street will be suspended from 5pm on October 31 to 6am on the following day.
All vehicles found illegally parked within the precincts will be towed away without prior notice.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
