Taiwanese coffee chain Dazzling Café officially opened its first shop in Hong Kong today (October 26), expanding its business in the Asia-Pacific region by adding to the city's fast-growing food and beverage (F&B) industry and catering to the growing number of locals and visitors.
The flagship shop of Dazzling Café in Hong Kong is located at The ONE shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui and serves the chain's famous signature honey toast. It has adopted the ocean as the main theme of its shop to provide customers with a different experience in terms of coffee culture.
The Director of Dazzling Café (HK) Ltd, Mr Darren Cheung, said, "Each of our shops in Taiwan has its own theme and the same approach applies to the Hong Kong shop. We hope to not only bring this unique coffee culture to Hong Kong, but also add an alternative to the F&B industry options in the city."
He added, "Every year a lot of Hong Kong visitors travel to Taiwan and they love Taiwanese culture. With a huge demand for quality coffee outlets among locals and visitors, Hong Kong is an ideal destination for us to establish our international profile and enhance our global exposure."
The shop in Hong Kong is the regional headquarters of the group and responsible for its operations, as well as market development and marketing activities, in the region. Apart from opening the new shop on Kowloon side, Dazzling Café also plans to extend its foothold to Hong Kong Island next year.
