| The Correctional Services Department (CSD)'s annual Autumn Fair will be held in Stanley next Saturday (November 1). The theme of this year's Fair is "Correctional Services bring a Better Society". For the first time, a "Rehabilitation Corner" will be set up featuring information about the vocational training provided by the CSD and various sectors of the community to help rehabilitated offenders reintegrate into society. Members of the public are welcome and admission is free. There will also be food and game stalls and sales of products made by persons in custody at the Fair. Photo shows some of the products for sale. After deducting costs, the funds raised at the Fair will go to more than 40 voluntary agencies. |
