HKMA's update on the operation of the banking system and financial market

The following is issued on behalf of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority:
According to the reports to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from banks as at 9am today (October 22), one previously affected bank branch will reopen at around 10am today while all other bank branches have resumed operation. Two branches of two banks would shorten their business hours today.
