The Lands Department announced today (October 20) that a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 587 at Tai Po Road - Tai Wai, Sha Tin, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on November 14 and close on January 2, 2015.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 587 has a site area of about 6,550 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes and a public vehicle park. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 8,253 sq m and 13,755 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by November 14, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
