The Government announced today (October 17) that the Chief Executive has re-appointed Dr Eliza Chan Ching-har and Mr Pang Yiu-kai as members of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service (the Directorate Committee), both for a term of two years with effect from November 1, 2014.
The Directorate Committee advises the Government on matters relating to the structure, pay and conditions of service of the directorate ranks in the civil service. It is currently under the Chairmanship of Mr Tim Lui Tim-leung. Other serving members of the Directorate Committee are Mr Stanley Wong Yuen-fai, Mrs Betty Yuen So Siu-mai and Mr Peter Sit Kien-ping.
