The Lands Department announced today (October 13) that a site, Lot No. 758 in Demarcation District No. 332 at Cheung Sha, Lantau Island, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on November 7 and close on December 19.
Lot No. 758 in Demarcation District No. 332 has a site area of about 4,212 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 2,022 sq m and 3,369 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by November 7, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
