Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
"As the access roads leading to the Central Government Offices (CGO), Tamar are now blocked, the Administration Wing announced that today (October 3) the CGO will be temporarily closed. Staff working in the CGO are advised not to go to the workplace and should work in accordance with the contingency plans of their respective bureaus or departments. All visits to the CGO will be postponed or cancelled."
