The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate tenancies of a government property at Unit No. 3, G/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, and a government canteen on the Lower G/F, Broadcasting House (Radio Television Hong Kong), 30 Broadcast Drive, Kowloon Tong, each for a term of three years.
The property in Wan Chai should be used for the purposes of either general retail (excluding restaurant or cafeteria, photo processing services, the sale of cigarettes, cigars or other tobacco products) or a bank duly licensed under Section 16 of the Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155), while that in Kowloon Tong should be used for canteen purposes only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (September 26). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before October 10 this year for the property in Wan Chai, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before October 16 this year for the property in Kowloon Tong.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on October 21 this year for the property in Wan Chai, and before noon on October 22 for the property in Kowloon Tong. Late tenders will not be accepted.
