The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing (first right), today (September 21) extended his congratulations to Hong Kong cyclist Lee Wai-sze (second right) for seizing a gold medal in the Keirin event at the 17th Asian Games Incheon 2014 in Incheon, Korea.
