Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (September 16) that Big Wave Bay Beach and Shek O Beach in Southern District have been temporarily closed until further notice for maintenance of the shark prevention nets. Red flags have been hoisted at these beaches. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
