The Hong Kong Observatory has lifted the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8. The Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat announced that visits to various facilities in the LegCo Complex by members of the public scheduled for today (September 16), including guided educational tours of the LegCo Complex, and use of services provided by the Children's Corner and the LegCo Library, have been resumed at 12.40pm.
