Please broadcast the following as soon as possible and repeat it at regular intervals:
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announces today (September 15) that as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 has been issued, part of the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, i.e. the section near Starbucks, and the Avenue of Stars are now temporarily closed until further notice for the sake of safety. The public is not allowed to enter the venues.
When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, the LCSD will reopen the venues for public use as early as possible.
