The tender notice was gazetted today (September 12). Tenderers can obtain tender documents from the Property Management Division, Government Property Agency, on 38/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays).
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Secretariat Tender Box situated at the Lobby of the Public Entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, before noon on October 24 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
