The Labour Department (LD) announced today (September 8) that all the services at the Tsuen Wan Government Offices (TWGO) have returned to normal.
The electricity supply at the TWGO, 38 Sai Lau Kok Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, was suspended for urgent repair work.
Services provided by the LD's units located at the building, including the Tsuen Wan Job Centre; the Selective Placement Division (New Territories Office); the Labour Relations Division (Tsuen Wan Office); the Employees' Compensation Division Kwai Chung & Tsuen Wan Branch Office; and the Occupational Safety Operations Division - (Mega Infrastructure Projects Office) 1, Integrated Services Office, Airport & Railways - 3 Office and Minor Renovation and Maintenance Works - 1 Office, were suspended earlier on. In addition, services provided on some LD websites and hotlines were also affected due to the incident.
