The East Wing Forecourt of the Central Government Offices (CGO) at Tamar has been temporarily closed for construction works since July 17. The Public Entrance on the ground floor of the East Wing of CGO is correspondingly closed.
Tenderers are reminded to make use of the Staff Entrance on the second floor of the East Wing of CGO, or other routes as directed by security staff on-site, to deposit their tenders into the Government Secretariat Tender Box located on the ground floor of the East Wing of CGO. The special arrangements, which have been in effect since July 17, will be in place until the end of August 2014.
Tenderers may wish to check in advance and allow sufficient time to make arrangements to deposit their tenders into the Government Secretariat Tender Box before the respective closing times of tenders. The Government Secretariat Tender Box will be closed at noon sharp on Fridays as usual.
