The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, extended congratulations to Hong Kong athletes Doo Hoi-Kem, Albert Chien and Ryan Choi for winning medals in the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing today (August 20). Albert Chien and Ryan Choi won a gold medal in Fencing Mixed Continental Team, and Doo Hoi-Kem won a silver medal in Women's Singles Table Tennis.
"The Hong Kong athletes have displayed great resolve and talent, leading to their achievement of winning medals in these events for Hong Kong, which is highly commendable,กจ Mr Tsang said.
He extended his congratulations to the delegation and expressed his gratitude to the coaches, working staff and families of the athletes for their support.
