A No. 3 alarm fire broke out at Tsz Tin Tsuen, Tuen Mun last night (August 15). Two single storey tin-sheeted warehouses, one iron-framed and bamboo structure used for storing props, two containers used as an office, and two medium goods vehicles were severely damaged. Two private cars were also slightly damaged.
The fire broke out at 11.04pm yesterday and was upgraded to No. 3 alarm at 11.28pm. It was surrounded at 1.23am today (August 16), put under control at 2.15am and largely put out at 3am.
Firemen used seven jets and four breathing apparatus teams to fight the blaze. Two people were self-evacuated to safety. No report of injury has been received so far.
Investigation is continuing.
