The Government Property Agency announced today (August 7) that 10 former government quarters will be sold by public auction via the Agency's appointed consultant. These properties are located in Elm Tree Towers in Tai Hang, Wilshire Towers in North Point, and Baguio Villa and Pokfulam Mansion in Pok Fu Lam. Each property consists of one flat with one or two car parking space(s). The opening bids are in the range of $18.8 million to $38.8 million. The auction will be held on August 29 (Friday) at 2.30pm in Novotel Century Hong Kong Hotel, Wan Chai.
All the 10 properties will be open from 2pm to 6pm for inspection by interested parties on the following dates:
(i) August 9 (Saturday)
(ii) August 10 (Sunday)
(iii) August 16¡@(Saturday)
(iv) August 17 (Sunday)
(v) August 23 (Saturday)
(vi) August 24 (Sunday)
