The Lands Department announced today (July 24) that a site, Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 255 at the junction of Luen Hing Street, Wo Fung Street and Luen Shing Street, Luen Wo Hui, Fanling, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on August 15 and close on September 26.
Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 255 has a site area of about 2,828 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 11,701 sq m and 19,501 sq m respectively, both including the gross floor area of a public car park to be constructed by the purchaser. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 250.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by August 15, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
