The Town Planning Board today (July 18) announced amendments to the approved Shek Kip Mei Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involve amendments to building height restrictions on two sites at Pak Tin Street covered by Shek Kip Mei Estate Redevelopment Phases 3 (part) and 7 and rezoning of a site to the north of Yin Ping Road for residential use. Opportunity is also taken to update the Notes and Explanatory Statement to reflect the above amendments and to update the general information on various land use zones where appropriate.
The draft Shek Kip Mei OZP No. S/K4/28 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department in North Point and Sha Tin, the Tsuen Wan and West Kowloon District Planning Office and the Sham Shui Po District Office.
Any person may make written representations in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before September 18. Representations made to the Town Planning Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft Shek Kip Mei OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
