The East Wing Forecourt of the Central Government Offices (CGO) at Tamar will be temporarily closed from today (July 17) for construction works. The Public Entrance on the ground floor of the East Wing of CGO will correspondingly be closed.
Tenderers are reminded to make use of the Staff Entrance on the second floor of the East Wing of CGO, or other routes as directed by security staff on-site, to deposit their tenders into the Government Secretariat Tender Box located on the ground floor of the East Wing of CGO. The special arrangements will take immediate effect and continue until the end of August 2014.
Tenderers may wish to check in advance and allow sufficient time to make arrangements to deposit their tenders into the Government Secretariat Tender Box before the respective closing time of tenders. The Government Secretariat Tender Box will be closed at noon sharp on Fridays as usual.
