Proposed lift installation for footbridge in Wan Chai gazetted

     The Government published in the Gazette today (July 11) the proposed lift installation for footbridge No. HF85 at the junction of Yee Wo Street, Pennington Street and Sugar Street in Wan Chai District. The works are part of the Universal Accessibility Programme.

     The proposed works are set out in the Annex. The plan and the scheme of the works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

Public Enquiry Service Centre,

99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong

Wan Chai District Office,
Public Enquiry Service Centre,

Wan Chai, Hong Kong

     The gazette notice and location plan will be available at www.thb.gov.hk/eng/psp/publications/transport/gazette/gazette.htm.

     Any person who wishes to object to the works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before September 9, 2014.
