Appeal for information on missing boy in Yuen Long (with photo)

     Police today (July 9) appealed to the public for information on a boy who went missing in Yuen Long.
 
     Wong Ho-yan, aged 13, left his residence on Tai Tong Road on July 7 afternoon and failed to return. His mother made a report to Police on the same day.
 
     He is about 1.64 metres tall, 67 kilograms in weight and of fat build. He has a round face with yellow complexion, short straight black hair and scars on his forehead and knees. He was last seen wearing a white short-sleeved shirt, black shorts, white sport shoes and carrying a black bag.
 
     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing boy or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of New Territories North on 3661 3112 or 6273 5787 or email to rmpu-ntn-1@police.gov.hk, or contact any police station.
